摘要
童蒙时期的学生,好奇心强,求知欲旺盛,心理发展不稳定。其天性中,最需要的就是渴望得到各种爱的满足和需求;生活中,最期盼的就是在嬉游交友中得到知学、知进、有信心;心理上,最渴望的就是得到人格上的被尊重和心灵上的被唤醒;学习上,最开心的就是在"习与智长,化与心成"过程中,受到师长与亲人的赏识和激励。人性化教育,就是要使童蒙时期的孩子发展天性,改变习性,锻炼性情,开发智力潜能,培养学习能力,养成良好习惯,使其在爱学、会学与乐学中发展学习心理,从而释人忧愁,解人厌烦,振奋精神,使之预防并消除各种学习心理障碍。
The students are strong curiosity, vigorous thirst for knowledge and unstable psychological development when they are geprimary ignorance period. In their nature, the most in need is the desire to get all kinds of satisfaction of love and needs; In life, the most anticipated is to get to know learning, enterprise and confidence when they are playing and making friends; psychologically, the most desire is to be personality of being respected and has been on a spiritual awakening; In the process of learning, the most fun is appreciation and encouragement by the teachers and their loved ones in the process of "learning for the wisdom of growth, promoting the growth of psychology by wisdom". Humanization education is to make the children developing the childish nature, changing habits, exercising temperament, developing intellectual potential, cultivating learning ability, developing good habits; to make them developing learning psychology in loving learning, expert in learning and enjoying learning, and thus easing their sadness, helpping their annoyance, uplifting their spirits; and to make them preventing and eliminating various learning psychological barrier.
