摘要
随着组织工程技术的快速发展,组织工程骨软骨复合组织构建修复骨软骨缺损成为研究热点。骨软骨复合组织的构建仍存在很多难题,还需日臻完善。文章从支架材料设计的种类,包括单层和一体化双层支架;种子细胞的来源和类型,包括自体或异体来源软骨及骨细胞、骨髓基质干细胞和胚胎干细胞;生物反应器技术的应用等方面综述了目前骨软骨缺损修复的研究进展,指出组织工程骨软骨修复骨软骨缺损存在的主要问题,并对日后该方面研究的发展方向提出展望。
With the development of tissue engineering technology, the construction of tissue engineered osteochondral graft to repair the osteochondral defects is becoming the highlight in recent years. It still exists many problems in the construction of osteochondral graft, which needs to be studied further. The purpose of this paper is to review and investigation progress on the repair of osteochondral defects through the kinds of scaffolds, including the monolayer and integration bilayer scaffolds; sources and kinds of seed cells, including autoallergic and xenogenic cartilage and bone cells, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and embryonic stem cell; application of bioreactors, and to put forward the main problems of the osteochondral regeneration and the prospect of osteochondral tissue engineering.
