摘要
目的:分析国内近14年来有关主动脉夹层的研究状况,以加深对该疾病的认识。方法:检索1994-2007年中国知网(CNKI)中题名包含主动脉夹层的所有文献,统计分析历年文献数量、文献类型、内容、作者科室及所在单位级别。结果:1994-2007年中国知网中题名包含主动脉夹层的文献共有2207篇。1999年之前文献数量较少,1994年为53篇,自2000年始文献数量显著增多,尤其是2006年达到350篇。文献类型早期以个案报道为主,近年来论著比例明显增多,但综述数量没有明显变化。文献内容中临床研究的数量逐年增加,但其所占比例却呈下降趋势;护理研究的数量和所占比例均有明显的增加趋势;辅助检查的数量近年来也有所增加;基础研究的数量和所占比例始终均较少,2005年最多也仅有10篇(3.3%)。文献作者几乎遍布所有科室,以心内科、胸外科、放射影像科(包括B超室)多见,3者之和达70%以上。文献作者所在单位级别主要集中在医学院的附属医院及市级医院,近年来县级医院和乡镇卫生院的文献数量也有所增多。结论:近14年来国内对主动脉夹层疾病的诊治工作成效显著,主动脉夹层逐渐被临床医师所认识,但对其发病机制等方面的基础研究尚不足,仍需进一步深入。
Objective：To analyze the current status of research on aortic dissection in recent 14 years and to recognize the disease deeply. Method：All of the papers that titles including aortic dissection from CNKI system during the period of 1994 to 2007 were searched,and were analyzed according to the quantity,the type,contents,authors and departments. Result：The 2207 papers whose titles including aortic dissection from CNKI were searched. A fow papers were found before the year 1999,in cluding 53 papers in 1994.After 2000,the papers were increased significantly,and reached to 350 in 2006.In early time the papers were case reports mainly.Recently the number of original articles increased obviously,but the numble of reviews was not significantly changed.From 1994 to 2007,the number of clinic rearch was increased gradually,but the proportion was decreased. The number or the proportion of nursing care had on obvious increase. The number of auxiliary inspection also increased in recent years.The number and proportion of the basic research was always less ,and there were only 10 papers（3.3%） at most in 2005.Authors of the papers were from varied departments of hospitals,mainly in cardiology,thoracic surgery,radiology（including the department of B-ultrasonics）,which amounted to 70%.Papers were submitted from affiliated hospitals of medical schools and hospitals at city-level.The number of papers increasd in county hospital and clinic recently.Conclusion：Significant success in diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection has been achieved remarkably in recent 14 years,which has been recognized gradually by clinic doctors. However,the basic research about its pathogenesis is still inadequate,and needs improvement.
