摘要
小体积、高功率密度的机载火控雷达行波管发射机使得发射机电磁兼容性、可靠性、维修性、安全性等副特性问题日益凸出。文中介绍了发射机高密度条件下高电压、高热、高微波功率的复杂环境,分析了电磁兼容性对射频输出信号质量的影响,并提出了解决方法;把元器件质量放在首位,合理的可靠性设计,以提高设备的可靠性;良好的保护及接地确保设备的安全性;采用模块化结构设计,提高外场维修性。
The auxiliary characteristics due to rigorous demand on small size and high power density of airborne fire-control TWT transmitters, are bringing more and more problems to radar transmitter systems, such as electromagnetic compatibility( EMC), reliability, maintainability and security. The complex environment of high voltage, temperature and RF power in the high density transmitter is introduced in this paper. The effect on RF output signals casued by EMC are analyzed, and certain countermeasure is proposed. To improve the reliability of the transmitter, the quality of components is of premiry concern, and the design of reliability should be reasonable. The security of the instrument can be ensured by the protective circuit and good grounding. And The maintainability in field can be improved by utilizing modulized design.
