摘要
在半工业规模和工业规模下,进行了焦粉回配炼焦试验。所用焦粉均取自于宝钢炼焦分厂的集尘系统,其中干熄焦(CDQ)焦粉占70%。在半工业试验中,分析了焦粉粒度、配入量及配煤组成对焦炭质量的影响。在此基础上,验证了在生产设备上外配1%焦粉炼焦的可能性,最终认为在炼焦生产中将1%的焦粉配入成型煤中是一种可行的方法。
The research was carried out for the coke breeze used as a cokemaking additive in both semicommercial and commercial scales.The coke breeze of which 70 percent from CDQ was collected from the dust removal system in Bao Steel cokemaking plant.In semicommercial experiments,the effects of the coke breeze size,addition quantity and the composition of coal blends on the coke quality were investigated.The results proved that addition of 1% coke breeze into the coal blend was possible on the coking facilities and it was feasible to add 1% coke breeze of the total into coal briquette for cokemaking.
