摘要
提出用于驱动步进电机和高速数字开关阀的无级变速器底层驱动系统.详细介绍此系统的底层驱动原理和系统中使用的电子元器件,设计了关键元器件的驱动原理图,以及变速箱接口单元与发动机管理系统之间的控制器局域网通信协议.进行硬件在环仿真,成功驱动步进电机和高速数字开关阀,精确快速地实现速比控制,夹紧力控制和离合器控制,验证了无级变速器底层驱动系统.
A low-level drive system (LDS) of continuously variable transmission (CVT) which is used to drive stepper motor and high-speed digital on-off valves is developed. The low-level drive principle and electronic elements used in the system are given. Drive circuits and controller area network (CAN) protocol between gearbox interface unit (GIU) and engine management system are given. Hardware-in-the-loop simulation is operated, finally stepper motor and high-speed digital on-off valves succeed to be driven. Ratio control, clamping force control and clutch control are achieved rapidly and accurately, and the low-level drive system is validated.
