摘要
采用普通铸造方法研制了双相(铁素体+奥氏体)25Cr-10Ni-3Al铁基耐热合金。试验合金在1050~1300℃高温区,短时抗拉强度随温度升高呈线性下降,韧、塑性于1150℃达到峰值,1250℃试验合金氧化增重速率稳定在0.2g/m2·h左右。
The dual-phase (ferrite + austenite) heat resistant iron base alloy 25Cr-10Ni-3Al manufactured by normal casting procedure was developed. The instantaneous tensile strength of alloy tested decreasedlinearly with increasing the temperature from 1050℃ to 1300℃, and the top toughness and ductility were obtained at 1150℃. The rate of weight gain of alloy at 1250t stabilized approximately at 0. 2g/m2.h.
