摘要
以轻型载货汽车为设计平台,从少片弹簧的理论计算、动力学模拟、台架试验和整车道路试验等方面,阐述了其产品研发设计过程。从试验结果分析来看,理论计算刚度与台架试验刚度误差值仅为3.6%,符合工程需要;钢板弹簧应力分布趋势与理论计算曲线相同;U型螺栓夹紧处试验平均应力为415 MPa,而理论计算值为410MPa,二者吻合良好。
This paper takes a light duty truck as design platform and describes the process of product development and design from theoretical calculation,dynamics simulation,bench test of taper leaf spring to road test.The analysis of test results indicates that the deviation between stiffness calculated theoretically and that of bench test is only 3.6 %, conforming to engineering requirement;the stress distribution trend of the leaf spring is identical with the curve calculated theoretically;the mean stress at the clamping position of the U-shaped bolt is 415 MPa,agrees with the theoretical calculation value (410 MPa).
