柴油机起动过程瞬态测控系统设计

摘要 在135单缸直喷柴油机基础上设计了起动过程瞬态测控系统,介绍了该系统的硬件结构和软件功能,并进行了起动过程试验分析。试验结果表明,该系统能够实时控制循环喷油条件,记录柴油机的循环转速,根据循环状态参数对喷油系统等实现反馈控制,可对缸压等参数实现按角标和按时间2种方式同时进行采样,并对起动过程中NO排放浓度和消光烟度进行采集。 A transient measurement and control system is designed for the research of engine starting process based on 135 single-cylinder direct injection diesel engine,hardware architecture and software features of this system are introduced and starting process test analysis is carried out.The analysis of the experiment indicates that the system could real-time control the fuel spray conditions,record the parameters of the circulatory state such as cycle speed and make feedback control to the fuel injection system according to the these parameters.The system could simultaneously sample some parameters such as cylinder pressure in accordance with encoding angle and time,and record the emissions of NO and smoke during starting process.
