摘要
测定了低温处理后热带火蚁Solenopsis geminata(Fabricius)工蚁的存活情况以评价其耐寒能力。热带火蚁工蚁低温下的存活率T与低温暴露温度T和暴露时间t之间的关系均符合逻辑斯缔曲线方程。当处理时间为0.5 h,热带火蚁在-8℃时存活率为5.33%;当处理时间为1 h、2 h和4 h,工蚁在处理温度分别为-9℃、-8℃和-8℃才可全部致死。当处理温度为-7℃,需要经过14 h工蚁才全部死亡,在-8℃,需要35 min。结果表明,热带火蚁工蚁在低温暴露0.5 h条件下LTP50和LTP90为-7.39℃和-7.85℃,相差0.46℃;当暴露时间为4 h时,热带火蚁工蚁的致死敏感高温区为-7.15℃^-7.54℃,相差仅为0.39℃。当热带火蚁工蚁暴露于-7℃的低温时,LT50和LT90分别为8.54 h和13.77 h;而当暴露于-8℃的的低温时,LT50和LT90分别为8.74 min和19.14 min。
The ability of Solenopsis geminate workers to survive at low temperature was measured to obtain a comprehensive evaluation on its cold hardiness. There was a strong relationship between the survivor- ship of workers (St) and exposure temperature (T) or exposure time (t) , described by the Logistic equation. When the expose time was 0. 5 h, the survivorship of workers was 5.33% at -8℃. When the time for treatment was 1, 2 and 4 hours, entire lethal temperature for S. geminata was - 9 ℃, - 8 ℃ and -8℃ respectively. When expose temperature was -7℃, workers would die entirely after 14 h, while at -8℃ , it was 35 min. The results showed the LTPso and LTP9o were -7.39℃ and -7.85℃ respectively when exposed time of works was 0. 5 h; while they were -7. 15℃ and -7.54℃ when exposed time increased to 4 h. LT50 and LT90 were 8.54 h and 13.77 h respectively when workers were exposed to -7℃; while they were 8.74 rain and 19.14 min when workers were exposed to -8℃.
