摘要
目的探讨应用跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法采用外侧"L"型切口,以跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折44例(48足)。结果所有患者均获随访,时间10～20个月,44例骨折全部愈合。术后基本恢复了距下关节面的解剖学关系。根据美国骨科足与踝关节协会的足踝临床评分系统评分,优35足,良10足,可3足。结论跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折复位满意,且固定牢靠,关节功能恢复满意,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective Discussion using calcaneum titanium steel plate in fixed treatment calcaneum joint bone fracture curative effect. According to American orthopedics foot and malleolus joint association＇s ankle clinical grading system grading, superior 35 feet, good 10 feet, but 3 feet. Conclusion In calcaneum titanium steel plate in fixed treatment calcaneum joint bone fracture replacement satisfaction, and fixed sturdy, the joint function resumes satisfaction, is one effective method of treatment.
