摘要
首先采用经典力学分析方法对某行星齿轮减速器的整个传动链进行理论上的分析,根据分析得到其典型工况的载荷条件,然后利用有限元数值分析方法对该减速器齿轮进行有限元分析,利用理论分析的边界条件发现该行星轮支撑架与行星架转动轴的结构中存在不合理的设计以及加工缺陷。根据分析结果提出了相应的改进方案,改进后该行星减速器的工作可靠性通过实际使用发现有显著的提高。通过本次分析获得了一种分析减速器零件过早失效的科学方法,研究结果为该减速器以后能安全的使用提供了较好的理论支持。
Depending on classical mechanical method,the real load of the gear frame of planetary gear reducer has been attained,then,by use of these attained loads,the 3-D stress distribution of the gear frame has been analyzed by FEA. Through this analysis,some natural defects of design and machining defects have been found.Depending on analyzing results,the reducer's working reliability and stability has been improved.After the analysis,a scientific method has been get for similar planetary gear reducer's early failure,the study results has given a good academic support for the reducer's safe using.
