摘要
为确保水力割缝工具的施工效果,对磨料射流工艺参数进行了设计计算,其结果可为割缝工具的设计提供依据。根据流体运动方程计算钢球及石英砂的沉降速度,节省了施工时间,提高了工作效率。
In order to insure the best function of hydraulic incision facility, a design calculation about spouted water process parameters was made, the result could provide the basis for the design of hydraulic incision facility. According to the fluid equations of motion, the sedimentation rate of steel ball and quartz grit were calculated, which can save the time and improve the work efficiency.
