摘要
阐述了灰铸铁件侵入性气孔的形成机制及消除对策,提出了降低型砂发气量及发气速度是消除侵入性气孔的基础,合理的模具设计和浇注工艺是关键,加强全面质量管理是保证。
The formation mechanism and elimination measures of invasive blowholes for gray iron castings were described. It is pointed out that the lower gas evolution for molding is the basis of blowholes eliminated, the reasonable mold design and the pouring process are the key factors and strengthening total quality management is the guarantee.
