铝掺杂对CdFe_2O_4体系物相、电导和气敏性能的影响

摘要 按化学式Cd(AlxFe1-x)2O4进行化学计量配比,以化学共沉淀法制备了系列掺铝CdFe2O4固溶体粉料。XRD测量结果表明,掺铝Cd(AlxFe1-x)2O4固溶体的固溶x值范围为0<x≤0.15。研究了铝掺杂对CdFe2O4物相、电导和气敏性能的影响。结果表明:铝掺杂能降低CdFe2O4的电阻,并有效地改善CdFe2O4的气敏性能。 Al-doped CdFe204 solid solution powders were prepared by the chemical coprecipitation method in accordance to the formula Cd (AlxFe1-x )2O4. XRD analysis indicated that perfect solid solution forms with 0〈x≤0.15 in the Cd (AlxFe1 -x)2O4 system. The effects of Al doping on phase structure, electrical conductivity and gas sensitivity were studied. The mechanism of conductivity and gas sensitivity were also investigated in the paper. It was found that AI doping could increase electrical conductance and gas sensitivity of the samples, meanwhile, selectivity of the Cd (AlxFe1 -x)2O4 sensors can also be improved.
