摘要
数控轧辊车床是集机械传动、机械加工、电气及其自动化控制、液压控制于一体的高精度自动化设备,价格一般是同类普通机床的4～5倍,要保持其长期可靠地运行,正确操作和维护是必不可少的条件之一。本文以安钢集团公司第一轧钢厂的数控车床为例,简述了该厂车床维护和操作的一些技巧和要点。
