摘要
通过手机外壳模具设计的实例,概述了在Pro/E环境下采用分型面和体积块两种方法结合起来的分模方法,同时采用Moldflow软件对手机外壳浇注系统和冷却系统进行方案优化,达到最佳效果。
Based on the examples of shell mould design of mobile phone, two methods of the face and volume block by the Pro/E environment is investigated in the sub-module.Meanwhile, casing gating system and cooling system of mobile phone shell are optimized by Moldflow software. It is concluded that they can make the best effect.
