基于LabVIEW的光谱自动监测系统

摘要 为弥补传统光谱测试系统的不足,本文介绍了一种采用虚拟仪器技术、数字锁相放大器、光栅单色仪、斩波器和光电探测器组成的可远程控制的光谱在线监测系统。该系统不仅测试自动化程度高,测量范围宽,还能根据测试对象不同的需求随时改变测量方案。基于LabVIEW编程平台,使该测试系统具有很强的数据处理功能,能进行很好的在线监测。实验证明,该系统具有很好的实用性和通用性。 By use of the virtual instrument technique, DSP lock-in amplifier, auto-scanning grating monochromator chopper and pyroelectric detector, a spectrum Auto-monitoring system with remote control is presented. Which makes up the deficiency of traditional measuring system. The system is with high automation and wide measuring range and it can alter measuring plan at all times by the different requests of measuring object. Being integrated with LabVIEW,the system has been provided with powerful function for data processing so that it's on-line monitoring performance is highly active, we can testify that the system is with a outstanding measuring performance.
