摘要
几丁质和蛋白质是昆虫表皮的主要成份,灭幼脲强烈抑制粘虫MythimnaseparataWalker六龄幼虫表皮几丁质的合成和降低表皮各类蛋白质含量,同时还改变了各类表皮蛋白质的比例。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示出处理虫表皮新生了一种蛋白谱带,并且某些蛋白谱带生成和消解回吸滞后。
Chitin and protein were the main and the most important parts in cuticles of insects.This paper discussed the effects of diflubenzuron (DFB) on cuticle proteins in the last instar larvae of the oriental armyworm, Mythimna separata (Walker).DFB reduced the contents of chitin and cuticle proteins. At the same time,it also changed the ratioes of various cuticle proteins.Gel electrophoresis studies showed that there was a new protein bandin DFB treated larvaes.Some protein bands appeared and disappeared later in DFB treated larvaes than in normal ones
