层柱化合物苯膦酸锆及其衍生物的制备与表征 被引量:3

摘要 研究了苯膦酸锆Zr(C6H5PO3)2·nH2O及其混合配体形式的衍生物磷酸苯膦酸锆Zr(C6H5PO3)2-x(HPO4)x·nH2O的不同制备方法,其中n,x的值随实验条件的不同而不同。实验证明,这类化合物具有典型的层状结构,而且其层间距离在不同条件下可以有不同的结果。由XRay粉末衍射法及元素分析的结果可知,HF酸络合法制得的Zr(C6H5PO3)2·5H2O的层间距为151nm;HF酸络合法和交换法制得的Zr(C6H5PO3)2-x(HPO4)x·nH2O的层间距分别为149nm和158nm;当磷酸大大过量时,将形成间层型结构,层间距为241nm。这类化合物的结晶水含量影响层间距,但不影响层状结构及结晶度。 Zirconium phenyl phosphonate Zr(C 6H 5PO 3) 2· n H 2O and its derivatives Zr(C 6H 5PO 3) 2- x (HPO 4) x · n H 2O have been synthesized by different methods. The values of n and x vary according to the experimental conditions.Depending on reaction conditions, they are all typical layered cryetal, with inter layer spacings (d ) of 1 51nm for Zr(C 6H 5PO 3) 2 and 2 41nm for Zr(C 6H 5PO 3) 2- x (HPO 4) x · n H 2O, determined by X ray powder diffraction and elemental analysis. A material with the storchiometry ZrPO 4(H 2PO 4) 0 71 (C 6H 5PO 3) 0 29 ·0 66H 2O has been prepared by a topotatic exchange reaction of γ ZrP with phenylphosphonic acid. The water amount between the layers has an effect on the interlayer spacing, but has no effect on the layered structure and crystallinity.
