摘要
分析与辨识核电发展中的驱动因素和约束因素对我国进入规模化、批量化核电建设具有重要意义。驱动因素中,能源结构调整和碳减排压力起着主导作用,核电经济性与可规模化建造是其替代其他能源的主要原因。在对技术、体制等约束因素进行分析的同时,给出了相应的建议。
Analysis & identifying of the propulsion and constraint factors of nuclear power development have important significance to china's large-scale and hatched construction. Energy structure adjustment and the pressure of CO,_ emission reduction played a major role among the propulsion factors, while the economic of the nuclear power and large-scale construction are the main causes of replacing other energy sources for the nuclear power. Based on the analysis of the constraint factors of technologies and industry system, some corresponding recommendations are proposed.
