摘要
"人民自决权"原则是现代国际法体系中的支柱性基本原则。然而,在当今国际关系发生深刻变化的后殖民时代,民族分裂主义以之作为理论依据,对当代国际关系及国家主权原则造成威胁。通过对相关理论和国际实践的考证来分析人民自决权在当代的特定内涵与意义,探讨民族分离的性质、人民自决权与国家主权的关系。
The right of People＇s self-determination is a basic principle in the modem international laws. However, it is now served for basis of the national separatism in the changing times of post-colony background. Such proclamation affects modem international relationships and threats national sovereignty. This paper tries to find the modern connotation and significance of the right of people＇s self-determination through analyses on relative theories and international practices and to study the nature of national separatism and the relationship between the right of people＇s self-determination and national sovereignty.
