摘要
在介绍OCC技术原理的基础上,对该技术的特点、形式及设备结构的研究进展进行了详细地阐述,评述了该技术在国内外的研究现状及其应用情况,并对其发展和应用前景进行了展望。
On the basis of introducing principle of OCC technology, the characteristics and forms of the technology and the research progress of the equipment structure are stated. Its research current situation and applications in China and oversea are reviewed, its development and foreground of application are prospected.
