摘要
分析了液压系统压力原位检测的机理,提出了液压系统压力的应变片式原位检测方案,并在综合试验台和某型装甲车上进行了实时检测,发现该方案原理可行,检测原理对控制油液污染度和液压系统的故障诊断具有较大参考价值。
In this paper, the principle of home position pressure testing of hydraulic system is analyzed, and strain gauge method of home position pressure testing is expounded. The method is applied to an integrated testing bed of airplane and one certain armored ear for real time pressure testing. The results prove that, the method is feasible and is valuable for oil dustiness control and failure diagnosis of hydraulic system.
