摘要
铜九铁路吴家湾特大桥连续梁0#块施工过程中,根据现场实际,利用承台首先支立钢管混凝土临时支墩,再通过墩身预埋件安装支架体系其它构件,并在钢管混凝土临时支墩顶部预埋螺纹钢伸入梁体,实现梁体与临时墩的临时固结,完后进行混凝土浇筑。施工实践表明,采用此方法施工0#块,节省时间与资金,支架受力明确并安全与稳定,且减少了对既有高速公路运营影响。对类似工程有借鉴意义。
In the construction process of segment No. 0 of the continuous girder of the Wujiawan Mega Bridge of the Tong-Jiu Railway, according to the actual site conditions, a concrete filled steel tube temporary supporting pier is first erected on the bearing platform. Then other members of the scaffolding system are installed with the help of the embedded parts of the pier shaft. And then thread steels fingering in the girder are pre-embedded at the top of the temporary concrete filled steel tube supporting pier to achieve the temporary consolidation between the girder and the temporary supporting pier. Finally, the concrete is poured. Practice shows that this construction method for segment No. 0 saves time and cost, and the scaffolding system has the features of being stressed definitely, safe and stable. Besides, this method has less effect on the operation of the existing expressways. It may serve as a useful reference for similar projects.
