摘要
通过大田试验,着重研究了抗旱高产小麦新品种长4640、长6878和长6154灌浆结实期的冠层温度和旗叶叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性。结果表明:在小麦灌浆结实期间,抗旱高产小麦新品种长4640、长6878和长6154有着优良的冷温特性,其冠层温度持续偏低,甚至低于冷型对照品种小偃6号,它的其他性状如旗叶叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性等指标优于暖型品种,一些指标亦优于小偃6号,在灌浆结实后期表现尤为明显,显示出长4640、长6878和长6154有着优异的冷温特性,以长6154表现更为明显。为抗旱高产小麦新品种的选育及大面积推广应用提供了理论依据。
Through the determination of canopy temperature, photosynthesis and the aging resistant high-yield wheat varieties of the chang 4640. The cold temperature characteristics of index of the new drought- Chang 4640, Chang 6878 and Chang 6154 was researched. Guitar fruit that: during filling stage, a new drought-resistant high-yield wheat varieties had a good cold temperature eharateristics, a canopy temperature was lower eontinuedly, flag leaf chlorophyll content, solu- ble protein content, membrane permeability and MDA was better than cold type wheat of Xiaoyan number 6. In the latter part of grain filling performance was particularly evident. Chang 4640, Chang 6878 and Chang 6154 was a proven long drought-resistant high-yield, strong resistance of the cold temperature species. This article was also provided a basis on drought-resistant high-yield wheat breeding and mechanism of canopy temperature.
