摘要
目的研究丹参生长期间产量与质量的动态变化,确定丹参的最佳采收期。方法以方城丹参基地试验田随机区组试验,测定丹参根的生长量(根干重)及测定丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量和浸出物的含量。结果丹参根干产量的增长速度基本上呈现“慢-快-慢”的变化趋势,霜降后丹参根干重达到最高;丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量的增长高峰期在9、10月份,丹参醇溶性浸出物5~7月份为第一增长高峰,10~11月为第二增长高峰;丹参水溶性浸出物整个生长期变化不大,12月份以后稍有下降。结论方城丹参基地丹参最佳采收期为10月下旬~12月。
Objective To study on dynamic change of yield and quality of S. miltiorrhiza in growing period and definite the optimal collection time. Methods Randomize block experiment with experimental field in Fangcheng S. miltiorrhiza base, the yield (weight of root trunk) of S. miltiorrhiza, contents of Tanshinone Ⅱ A, salvianolic acid B and extract were determined. Results Increase velocity of root trunk of S. miltiorrhiza basically present a change tendency of slow-fast-slow. The weight of root trunk of S. rniltiorrhiza arrive the highest first after the frost fell, the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B increase more fast in September and October, the first growth peak time of alcohol-soluble extract is during May to July, and the second growth peak time is during October to November; there is no marked change about the content of water-soluble extract in the whole growing period, only slightly decrease in December. Conclusion The optimal collection period of S. rniltiorrhiza is during the last third of the month in October to December in base.
