摘要
上海世博会的成功举办所产生的正外部性经济效应是非常可观的,但这种正外部效应的产生也需要一定的条件。本文首先将世博会的正外部效应概括为拉动宏观经济的增长、促进区域经济一体化和调整产业结构两个方面,然后对上海世博会举办过程中阻碍其发挥正外部效应的风险因素进行分析,并提出相应的政策建议。
The positive external effect of Expo 2010 Shanghai on the economy seems considerable, but its generation depends on some conditions. The paper summarizes the positive external effect of Expo 2010 Shanghai as two parts, namely bolstering up the macro-economy and promoting the regional economic integration and the industrial reconstruction, Then it analyzes the risk factors that have negative effects on the positive external effect of Expo 2010 Shanghai and puts forward some relevant advice.
