Target sequences used in molecular biological diagnosis of Mycobacterium infection

摘要 分子生物学技术已应用于分枝杆菌感染的辅助诊断。目前分子鉴定靶序列主要有4种:即hsp65基因、dnaJ基因、16SrRNA基因和16S-23SrRNA间隔区序列。其他一些序列如IS6110、间隔子寡核苷酸、rpoB基因和mRNA,属于种特异性或种群特异性DNA序列,可用于结核分枝杆菌的鉴别诊断和耐药性检测。本文对这些DNA序列在分枝杆菌鉴定中的应用作一综述。 Molecular biology technology has been used in diagnosis of Mycobacterium infection.Hsp65 gene, dnaJ gene, 16SrRNA and 168-23SrRNA are widely used as target sequences. 186110 gene, spacer oligonueleotides, rpoB gene and mRNA are genus specific or species specific sequences, which can be used in Mycobacterium tuberculosis differential diagnosis and detection of drug resistance. The paper summarise the DNA sequences used for discrimination of Mycobacterium.
