大陆创业板市场重点支持和鼓励自主创新及其它成长型企业上市,对于大陆台资企业的资金筹措与长远发展将产生积极的影响。大陆台资企业应抓住有利时机,争取在创业板市场上市融资,提升企业自主创新能力和综合竞争力。
With the introduction of ＂IPO and listing on the GEM in the interim measures for the administration＂, the long-awaited GEM in Mainland will be launched soon. As the important link of multi-level capital markets, the GEM supports especially and encourages the independent innovation enterprises and other growth venture enterprises to list on it, and has a positive impact on the financing and long-term development of Taiwan Residents enterprises in Mainland. Facing the new financing channel, Taiwan Residents enterprises in Mainland should grasp the favorable opportunity, take various countermeasures and strive for listing on the GEM, in order to improve the independent innovation ability and comprehensive competitiveness.
