摘要
目的:探讨利用地氯雷他定分散片与斯奇康联合治疗皮肤划痕症的效果,以指导临床。方法:治疗组使用地氯雷他定分散片5 mg,口服,1次/d,连续5周为1个疗程,用1个疗程,同时使用斯奇康注射液肌肉注射,隔日1次,每次1 ml,9次1个疗程,连用2个疗程。对照组口服西替利嗪片10 mg,1次/d,5周为1个疗程,用1个疗程。其它治疗同治疗组。结果:治疗组有效率达93.3%,而对照组有效率为70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:地氯雷他定分散片联合斯奇康注射液对治疗皮肤划痕症有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the curative effect of treat dermographism by desloratadine and BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid preparation. Method： Treatment set oralled 5 mg of Desloratadine dispersible tablets semel in die, lasted five weeks, and intramusculared 1 ml of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid preparation once two days, lasted 18 days. Control group oralled 10mg of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets semel in die, lasted four weeks, other treatment just like treatment set. Results： The effective rate of treatment set was 93.3%, while inthe control group was 70%. That had statistical significance（P〈0.05 -0.01）. Conclusion： Desloratadine and BCG-PSN therapeutic alliance dermographism have outstanding curative effect,to be worth generalization and application on clinical.
