摘要
大学生就业问题是政府、高校、个人共同关注的热点问题。在这三者当中,政府的民生责任和利益的衡量者角色决定了它在大学生就业过程中担负着责任主体的角色。政府责任主体的落实,关键在于确立公共政策的就业价值取向,确保经济向有利于扩大就业的方向发展,创造公平的就业环境,确立高校的办学自主权。
University graduates＇ employment is the focus of attention of government, universities and individuals. Of the three, the responsibility to people＇s livelihood and the role of evaluating interests determine government to take the main responsibility in the process of graduates＇ employment. The key to implementing government＇s responsibility is to establish value orientation of public employment policy, to ensure economic development conducive to improvement of employment, to create a fair employment environment, and establish school autonomy of universities.
