摘要
通过分析异型管连接件的结构特征,设计出定模二次分型和动模二次推出的先复位机构的注射模。模具结构合理,动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利。生产的塑件精度高,完全达到客户要求。模具结构对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。
The structure characteristic of a special section pipe joint was analyzed and an injection mould with two-step parting mechanism at the fixed half and two-step ejection mechanism at the moving half was developed. The mould can reset in advance and operates reliably and smoothly.
