摘要
结合农村10 kV配电网的特点,对农村10 kV配电网地理信息系统的开发过程进行了论述。详细分析了该系统所应满足的功能需求和数据需求,以及该类系统开发过程中应注意的一般原则和系统常采用的体系架构。以GIS的业务分析为基础,给出了一种基于设备唯一编码的网络拓扑模型。在全组件式的SuperMap GIS开发平台上,采用面向构件的设计方法实现了农村10 kV配电网络地理信息系统。系统进行停电模拟检验表明,给出的网络拓扑模型具有较高的查询效率。
In this paper, 10kV distribution network geographic information system development process in rural areas is discussed according to the characteristics of distribution network in rural areas. This paper analyzes in detail the functional requirements and data that meet the needs of such systems, the general principles that should be concern in development process, and the architecture of such systems. Distribution network topology model is the foundation of business analysis based on GIS; this paper offers a network topology model based on the unique equipment coding. This project has achieved a rural 10kV distribution network GIS applying component-oriented design methods based on SuperMap GIS development platform. The blackout simulation shows that the network topology model has high query efficiency.
