延髓腹面尾端加压区对应激性高血压大鼠动脉压力感受反射的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究延髓腹面尾端加压区(cVMP)对应激性高血压大鼠动脉压力感受反射的影响。方法在应激性高血压动物模型上,以递增频率电方波刺激主动脉神经,观察动脉压力感受有髓和无髓传入反射衰减的表现,并在延髓腹面尾端加压区(cVMP)微量注射谷氨酸钠(L-glu),观察其对被衰减的动脉压力感受反射的影响。结果(1)主动脉神经10Hz以上刺激的反射性降压效应随刺激频率的增高呈明显的衰减(P<0.01~P<0.001),而2~5Hz刺激的反射性降压效应无明显变化。(2)cVMP在L-glu兴奋作用下,易化被衰减和压力感受反射效应,其易化程度也随主动脉神经刺激频率增高而增大。结论应激性高血压早期动脉压力感受反射的衰减,主要是由于有髓纤维传入中枢机能的变化。cVMP的兴奋活动可以改善高血压早期动脉压力感受反射中枢性机能变化。 Objective\ To study the effects of caudal ventrolateral medulla pressor area on baroreflex in early stress induced hypertensive rats.\ Methods\ Reflex responses to electrical stimulation with graded frequencies of aortic nerves were observed to determine the case of baroreflex attenuation from medullated and nonmedullated baroreceptor afferent in early stress induced hypertension rats and microinjection of glutamate(Lglu) was used to investigate the effect of caudal ventrolateral medulla pressor area(cVMP) on this attenuated baroreflex.\ Results\ (1)During stimulus frequencies above 10 Hz the depressor responses produced by aortic nerves were impaired significantly much more along with elevation of stimulus frequencies and there were no significant changes during 2~5 Hz.\ (2)The attenuated baroreflex were facilitated and recovered toward normality when cVMP was activated by Lglu.\ Conclusion\ During early stress induced hypertension the functional change in baroreflex centre which medullated afferent fibers were inputed is mainly responsible for the baroreflex attenuation and that attenuation of the function of baroreflex centre may be improved when cVMP is activated
