摘要
由于智能电动执行器的参数设置,非接触式操作和执行机构运行过程中各种状态显示的需要,设计了基于LPC2136的智能电动执行器的人机接口。介绍了人机接口的组成并对其主要组成部分,包括红外遥控、液晶显示以及面板按钮的设计等进行了比较详细的阐述。分析了人机接口与主机的硬件电路连接和系统软件设计。实验表明:该人机接口实现了智能电动执行器的非接触式操作,使参数设置更便捷,并能及时显示执行器的各种状态信息。
For the requirement of the parameter setting, non-contact operation and a variety of actuator status showing, the manmachine interface of electric valve actuator is designed based on LPC2136. The composition of the man-machine interface is introduced, the important parts, including remote control with infrared ray, liquid crystal display and faceplate button are described.The linkage between interface and computer and software design are also analyzed. The experiment shows that: The design makes the non-contact operation of the electric valve actuator implemented,, the parameter setting more convenient and a variety of actuator status information displayed timely.
