摘要
针对普通型涡街流量计在实际应用中,易受现场环境噪声、安装管道震动干扰及量程比有限等问题影响,所造成测量精度降低的现状,引入基于数字滤波和快速傅里叶变换的数字信号抗干扰处理及智能补偿的思想,利用DSP功能强大、数字处理算法实现简单等特点,开发一种抗干扰涡街智能系统,实现了量程宽,抗干扰能力强等特点。
The general type of vertex flow meter in practical applications are valneralble to the inpact of environmental noise at the scene, vibration interference of install pipelines, and limited range, which caused the low measurement accuracy. Introducing the antijamming and intelligent compensation technology of digital signal, which based on digital filtering and Fast Fourier Transform, and using the characteristic of DSP, which is powerful and easy to realize the digital processing algorithms, a anti-interference vortex intelligent system is developed. The system has wide-range, strong anti-jamming abilitg.
