摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦联合尿毒清颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将64例早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。两组患者均按糖尿病常规治疗,对照组给予替米沙坦40 mg.d-1,po,qd;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联用尿毒清颗粒每次5 g,温水冲服,白天3次,睡前1次,用药间隔不超过8 h。疗程均为6个月。结果①与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)明显下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)明显上升(P<0.05),对照组上述指标变化不明显(P>0.05);②两组尿微量清蛋白排泄率(UAER)均显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组疗效更显著(P<0.05),血肌酐(SCr)明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组指标变化不明显(P>0.05);③两组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清蛋白(A lb)均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合尿毒清颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of telmisartan combined with uremic clearance granule on early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 64 patients with DN were randomly allocated into treatment group and control group, 32 in each. Patients in control group were treated with telmisartan 40 mg ~ d-1 , po, qd ; those in treatment group were p. o. administered with uremic clearance granule , based on conventional treatment, 5 g each time,3 times on day time, 1 time before sleep at the interval less than 8 h. The treatments lasted for 6 months. Results （1）TC, TG, SCr decreased （P 〈 0.05） and HDL-C increased significantly in patients after treatment compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no obvious differences found in control group. （2）Both groups reduced UAER efficiently（P 〈0.05）. In contrast, the reduction was greater in treatment group（P 〈0.05 ）. （3）There was no significant change in FBG, BUN and Alb before and after treatment in two groups. Conclusion A combination of uremic clearance granule with telmisartan is effective in treating early diabetic nephropathy.
