摘要
根据对太原高新区科技型中小企业不同成长阶段特征的调研,发现科技型中小企业成长受到管理团队素质、组织结构设计、知识创新环境、社会资本积累等方面的影响,提出政府扶持科技型中小企业成长,在注重融资平台建设的同时,也要考虑企业不同发展阶段的资助方式,更要帮助企业获取创新知识源,进行社会资本积累,提升企业获取技术诀窍和商业诀窍的能力。
The survey of the growing characters of medium-sized and small technological enterprises in Taiyuan Development Zone for High and New Technological Industry shows that there are such factors as the quality of management team, the design of organization structure, the environment of knowledge innovation and the accumulation of social capital, that influence the growing of medium-sized and small technological enterprises. According to the analysis of the survey, this paper puts forward that governments not only establishes the financing platform, but also takes the supporting patterns in the light of enterprises development stage into account, and most importantly, helps enterprises obtain the innovation knowledge source, accumulate social capital and advance the enterprises capability to get technological and commercial tricks.
