摘要
秦腔艺术是我国首批国家级非物质文化遗产之一,其申请为人类口头及非物质文化遗产优秀作品的基本条件已经具备。但秦腔艺术在当代面临着生存和发展的危机,且秦腔艺术的保护是一项长期、艰巨的工程,因此,保护秦腔艺术,应在完善相关立法的同时,通过政府资助和政策支持,积极探索生产性保护和市场化经营的保护、传承和发展之路。
Because of some inevitable reasons, Shaanxi Opera is faced with the crisis of survival and development in contemporary. Be determined as the first batch of China＇s national intangible cultural heritage,Shaanxi Opera has been met the basic conditions that can apply for outstanding works of human oral and intangible cultural heritage. However, the protection of Shaanxi Opera is a long-term and system work. It needs improve the domestic related legislation and government funding, so that we can explore and run it as a cultural industry, then work for protecting , heritaging and developing which makes use of market discipline.
