血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性毒鼠强中毒的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察血液灌流(HP)与血液透析(HD)联合治疗急性毒鼠强中毒的疗效。方法将40例急性毒鼠强中毒患者随机分为两组,接受常规治疗的18例为对照组;在常规治疗基础上接受HP与HD联合治疗的为治疗组,对其临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果治疗组患者的意识恢复时间[(3.25±0.7)h]、抽搐控制时间[(9.3±1.3)h]、平均住院时间[(5.2±1.3)d]均明显短于对照组[分别为(5.9±1.2)h、(18.2±4.1)h、(16.5±2.8)d,P均〈0.01],治愈率明显高于对照组(95.5%比55.6%,P〈0.05),病死率明显低于对照组(4.5%比27.8%,P〈0.05)。结论HP联合HD治疗急性毒鼠强中毒临床效果明显,对急性毒鼠强中毒患者应尽早行HP联合HD治疗。 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined use of hemoperfusion (HP) and hemodialysis (HD) in treatment of cases with acute tetramine poisoning. Methods Forty cases of acute tetramine poisoning were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated by the conventional therapy and the combined use of HP and HD (22 cases), while in the control group, only the conventional therapy was given (18 cases). According to the clinical data, a retrospective comparative analysis was done. Results The conscious recovery time [(3.2±0. 7) hours], the time for stoppage of convulsion [(9.3 ±1.3) hours] and the average length of hospitalization [(5.2±1.3) days] were shorter in the experimental group, compared to the control group [(5.9±1.2) hours, (18.2±4. 1) hours, (16.5±2.8) days, all P〈0.01]; the cure rate was significantly higher, while the mortality, obviously lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (95.5% vs. 55.6%, 4.5% vs. 27.8%, both P〈0.05). Conclusion It is evident that the combined use of HP and HD in treatment of acute tetramine poisoning has obvious clinical therapeutic effects, so that the cases with this intoxication should be treated with HP and HD as early as possibly.
