摘要
目的研究Skp2在膀胱癌组织中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测Skp2蛋白在86例膀胱癌和18例膀胱正常黏膜中的表达。结果膀胱癌组织中Skp2蛋白阳性率45.3%,高于膀胱正常黏膜组织16.7%。细胞分化程度越差,Skp2蛋白表达越高。结论膀胱癌中Skp2蛋白的过度表达,提示Skp2蛋白可能在膀胱癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Skp2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods 86 cases of in bladder transitional cell carcinoma were evaluated for Skp2 protein expression by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression level of Skp2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was highter than that in normal bladder transitional cell. Increased expression of Skp2 is markedly correlated with cell that less differentiation and clinical classification of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Conclusion Increased expression of Skp2 maybe important prognostic factors for patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
