摘要
随着我国煤矿的大面积开采,所引起的地面塌陷问题也越来越严重。地面塌陷导致耕地面积的减少,威胁到人民群众的生命安全和切身利益。同时,塌陷区的环境也受到了很大的破坏。做好塌陷区的治理,不论是对改善塌陷区居民生活,解决塌陷区所带来的环境问题,还是实现煤矿塌陷区的产业转型,都是一项意义重大的工作。如何做好塌陷区的治理工作已成为相关学者研究的重要问题。很多学者提出了比较有效的方法,但将旅游与塌陷区治理相结合的研究在国内尚不多见。旅游业本身所具有的多种属性决定了它可作为塌陷区治理较有效的方式。以安徽省颍上县迪沟镇为例,旨在探讨通过发展旅游业实现煤矿塌陷区治理的模式,并总结其经验,希望能为各地类似的煤矿塌陷区治理提供借鉴。
With the wide exploitation of coal mineral resources,the problem of ground collapse became more and more serious. Ground collapse led to the decreasing of amble area, which threatened the life security and vital interests of people. And the environment of collapse basin also was de- stroyed. Thus, treatment of coal mine collapse basin was very significant for either improving the life and environment of local people or promoting industry transformation. How to treat the coal mine collapse became a study focus. Though some effective modes were put forward to treat the coal mine collapse, the study on treatment mode with tourism combined was less. The partic^ar attributes of tourism industry made it a good method for the treat- ment of coal mine collapse basin. Taking I）igou Town of Yingshang County, Anhui Province as an example, this article emphasized the treatment mode of coal mine eoUapse basin with tourism as main industry, which could offer support of finance,policy,the masses and so on. Some experiences were summarized which may give some helps to other similar regions.
