Hydrocoit栓塞系统治疗颅内动脉瘤的初步结果
摘要
随着颅内支架、封堵球囊的应用,血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的适应证得到了很大的扩展。血管内栓塞已成为颅内动脉瘤的首选治疗方法之一,其疗效也远优于手术夹闭治疗^[1]。但栓塞治疗后动脉瘤的复发率较高^[2],所以复发仍是神经外科医师面临的难题。目前,提高动脉瘤的栓塞密度是防止复发的主要方法。
