摘要
目的建立微波消解-原子荧光法测定中药材中砷的方法。方法中药材采用微波消解,双道氢化物发生原子荧光法测定样品中的砷。结果砷浓度在0~160.0ug/L范围内与原子荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9988,方法检出限为0.0407ug/L,回收率为92.91%~97.33%。结论方法简便,快捷,准确,灵敏度高,应用双道氢化物发生原子荧光法可测定中药材中砷含量。
Objective To establish a method for determining Arsenic(As) in Chinese herbs. Methods The Chinese herbs were dissolved by microwave and As in them were determined by double-channel hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The arsenic content was linear with the fluorenseenee intensity in the range of 0- 160.0ug/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9988. The detection limit of this method was 0.0407ug/L. Recovery experiment was carried out and recovery was 92.91%~97.33%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitive. As in the Chinese herbs can be determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
