摘要
报道了改装７２１型分光光度计为光度滴定仪并联用８０３１单片微机构成一台全自动光度滴定仪。在单片机的控制下，实现取样、加试液、搅拌、开关光门、调零、调参比、滴定、测吸光度、数据处理、显示结果并打印、排除废液、冲洗滴定地等操作过程的全自动化。约 １１０ｓ可完成一次测定，误差＜０．２％；ＲＳＤ＜１．５％，测定快速、准确，重复性好。可胜任在线监测工作，也可作常规滴定分析。
A re-equiped type 721 spectrophotometer and 8031 single-chip microcomputer were assembled as a ac automatic photometric titrimeter. Under the control of single-chip microcomputer, Sampling, feeding reagent, stiring, switching photometric door, adujsting zero point and reference, measuring absorbance, data processing, displaying and printing result, excreting waste liquid, cleaning titration cell etc. full automation of operation process are realized. measuring is completed in 110 s. The error is smaller than 0.2% with RSD of 1 .5%; The measure was rapid and accurate. Repeatability is good. The titrimeter has been used for the on-line monitor and conventional titration.
