摘要
随着新课程改革的不断深入,有效教学的理念得到广泛发展,但在实际教学中出现很多无效教学的情况。有效教学的实施主要包括4个因素:教师、学生、教学内容和教学环境。其中教师是关键因素。对教师应该具备的素质,以保证教学的有效性,进行简要分析。
The idea of effective teaching has been developed with the process of the new curriculum reform, but there are many situations of ineffective teaching in the practical teaching. The implementation of effective teaching includes four factors: teacher, student, teaching content and teaching environment. And teacher is the crucial factor. Therefore, in order to ensure the teaching what diathesis should a teacher have? We will analyze them simply next.
