摘要
研究了新显色剂5-(5-氯-2-羟基苯偶氮)若丹宁与Au(Ⅲ)的显色反应.在1mol·L-1左右的盐酸介质中,Au(Ⅲ)与试剂形成1∶1的橙红色配合物,最大吸收峰位于540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.75×104L·mol-1·cm-1.大量碱金属、碱土金属和有色金属离子不干扰测定,贵金属元素除钯外,也有较大的允许量,该反应选择性较好,灵敏度较高,无须加掩蔽剂,方法可用于含金废水中金的测定。
A highly sensitive and selective procedure for the spectrophotometric determination of gold(Ⅲ) has been developed.In 1mol·L -1 HCl medium,gold(Ⅲ)forms an orange red complex with 5 chloro 2 hydroxybenzenazorhodanine(Cl HBAR) which has an absorption maximum at 530nm.The molar absorptivity is 5.75×10 4L·mol -1 .cm -1 . Beers law is obeyed for gold(Ⅲ) in the range of 0 ̄60μg/25mL.Large amounts of alkali、alkaline earth and non ferrous metals do not interfere with the determination.The method has been applied to the determination of gold(Ⅲ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
