肌电引导注射肉毒毒素联合电刺激治疗卒中后肌痉挛 被引量:1

摘要 脑卒中后的肢体肌张力增高是瘫痪肢体恢复过程的一个阶段,肌张力的增高可帮助患者的站立与行走,但高痉挛状态妨碍肢体功能的好转,妨碍患者的行走、移动和护理。既往对肌痉挛的治疗,多采用物理治疗、针灸、药物、手术等,疗效均不理想。本研究采用肌电引导注射肉毒毒素(BTXA)联合电刺激治疗,分析探讨BTXA在改善脑卒中后肌痉挛与肢体功能恢复中的作用以及中频电刺激对BTXA疗效的加强作用,现报道如下。
