成人HIV／AIDS合并肺结核18例诊治分析
摘要
AIDS是由HIV感染引起的一种传染病，据累计报告我国2007年因该病死亡人数已达2万余人。由于HIV／AIDS患者的免疫功能存在严重缺陷，T细胞中起辅助诱导功能的CD4细胞进行性减少，极易出现各种机会性感染和恶性肿瘤。其中，肺结核是HIV／AIDS患者最常见的机会性感染之一，且二者常相互影响，互为因果，使患者的健康受到严重损害。现将笔者近年来收治的HIV／AIDS合并肺结核患者的临床资料作一回顾性分析，报道如下。
